The Gadsden County School District is the best kept secret in the State of Florida. The Gadsden County School District is a district of about 5,700 students and 1,000 employees. Nestled in a small community of beautiful green, rolling hills just twenty miles south of the southern most border of Georgia and twenty miles west of Tallahassee, Gadsden County is offering the best of all worlds.

Below are the Gadsden County School District's Vision Statement and Belief Statements, which reflect the ideals that direct our actions and attitude.


It is the vision of The School Board of Gadsden County that all students are prepared for success in a rapidly changing, diverse, global society through a variety of educational opportunities.

The district is committed to providing safe and supportive learning environments that ensure continuous progress towards high student achievement. Through the collaboration of a caring school community and the allocation of resources, aligned with our mission and goals, we will maximize the opportunities for all students to succeed in life.
