We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. This website endeavors to comply with best practices and standards defined by Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act.

It is the policy of the Gadsden County School District (GCSD) of Florida, not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, or handicap in its educational programs or employment practices. By operating in this manner, the GCSD adheres to the provision of Federal Law and other applicable laws. Specifically, the GCSD policy states, “The Gadsden County School District does not discriminate against any person on the basis of sex (including transgender status, gender nonconforming, and gender identity), marital status, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, age, color, pregnancy, disability, or genetic information". The district also provides equal access to its facilities to the Boys Scouts and other identified Title 36 patriotic youth group, as requires with 34 C.F.R 108.9. In accordance with Florida Administrative Code, national origin minority or Limited English Proficient (LEP) students shall not be subjected to any disciplinary action because of their appropriate use of a language other than English. The lack of English skills will not be a barrier to admission into any Career and Technical Education Programs offered at any of our schools, Gadsden Technical College or adult education programs.
